Units feature 2 flat-screen smart TVs with satellite and DVD/CD players, complimentary Wi-Fi, washing machine, and private patio with outdoor seating and grill. Both bathrooms have shower and tub combinations with provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

No Onsite Dining

This property does not feature onsite restaurants. Guests have full kitchen facilities for meal preparation. Downtown Moab, located 4 miles away, offers multiple dining options including microbreweries and local restaurants.

Pool and Outdoor Access

The property features a seasonal outdoor pool open from April through September. Guests have access to mountain biking trails including Pipe Dream and Hidden Valley within minutes of the property. The condos serve as a base for activities including whitewater rafting, off-road adventures, rock climbing, and dinosaur trail exploration.

Practical Guest Services

Self check-in begins after 4:00 PM with door lock codes issued 5 days prior to arrival. Pack and Play cribs are available upon request. The property provides heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. Cleaning fee is $100 per condo. No smoking or pets allowed. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests per unit in Building 4 and 8 guests in Building 2.
